Hope for Future - Nutrition Support Program
Safe Hands Human Resources Organization provided nutrition kits worth ₹15,000 to 15 children from single women–headed and underprivileged families in Asoor Village on 14.03.2026. A total of 35 participants took part in the program. The initiative focused on addressing iron and protein deficiencies, which are commonly found among economically vulnerable children. Each family received a nutrition kit containing iron-rich foods, health mix, protein pulses, nutritious cookies, nuts, rice, and other essential items, aimed at improving immunity, healthy growth, and the overall wellbeing of the children. The kits were distributed directly to the families. Parents, especially single mothers, expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the timely support. During the program, Safe Hands Founder, Ms.Thilaga, gave awareness about the Single Women Welfare Board. She further supported 15 single women in registering on the Government’s Single Women Welfare Board portal, helping them access available welfare benefits. We sincerely thank Benevity donors for their generous support in helping us promote healthier futures for children in need.
