Safe Hands Human Resources Organization conducted a Capacity Building Program for Single Women in Thiruvarur District on 24th December 2025, with the objective of strengthening confidence, self-reliance, awareness of rights, and access to sustainable livelihood opportunities. The program provided a supportive platform for learning, sharing experiences, and gaining practical knowledge essential for personal and economic empowerment. Program Highlights: • Skill development and idea-generation sessions • Guidance on entrepreneurship and income-generation opportunities • Mental health and wellbeing awareness session • Awareness on Government welfare schemes and entitlements The program witnessed valuable participation from representatives of the Social Welfare Board, Medical College, Police Department, and various NGOs, contributing to meaningful discussions and guidance. A total of 75 single women actively participated and benefited from the sessions.
